Delivery, Shipping & Return

SHIPPING

Small items - Estimated Ship Date: we usually within 3 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order is ready to ship. We ship with USPS ( the awesome post office) and general shipping time is 3-4 days. They even deliver on Saturdays. - Yahoo. If an item is out of stock, estimated to ship in 2-3 weeks. We will notify you right away if an item(s) is out of stock. You will not be charged till we ship unless is a special order. ie - monogram jewelry etc.

RETURN PROCESS

We are sorry you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would be happy to provide you with a store credit or full refund less the shipping charge within 14 days after receiving your item(s). Please note all special orders - ie monogram items and sales items are FINAL and can not be returned or exchanged. For return or exchanges you will need an RA# (return authorization) number. Please follow instructions below for returns.

  • Login to your account and click on your "my account" then click on "return request" on left side.
  • Once your return request has been approved. You will be notify by email on return instructions After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item(s). If you were not logged into your account when the order was placed, you will need to contact us by email at abluehand@aol.com or by phone. Please have your order number handy.

ELIGABLE FOR RETURN

Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Furniture Returns:

You will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping both ways. Refunds: are issued in the original payment form and price less shipping and restocking for furniture Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color how it is displayed on your screen but we would be happy to answer any questions or concerns via email abluehand@aol.com or by phone before you purchase to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Blue Hand Home is confident we have selected the most efficient shipping methods for your purchases. Large items, such as sofas, do not ship in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a Blue Hand Home established freight carrier and a pillow will ship UPS. Blue Hand Home has selected the most professional carriers to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition and in a timely manner. At the time of your order you will be informed your of appropriate shipping method. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Blue Glove Signature Delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery. They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and assemble the furniture. After you have approved, they will take away all packing materials with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
  • Threshold delivery – Furniture can be shipped via threshold delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery. The delivery service will bring the piece of furniture to the first dry/secure area. Typically, this is a garage, covered porch, lobby or residential receiving dock. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.
  • Dock to Dock delivery – Furniture can be shipped dock to dock for both domestic and international locations. A dock to dock delivery must be delivered to a full access loading dock. This option is not available in residential areas. Please note that threshold and dock to dock deliveries may significantly reduce shipping costs
  • UPS standard delivery - Most non-furniture items can ship UPS ground service.
  • UPS express delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship UPS express.
  • In-store pickup.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

  • White Glove delivery for furniture and other large items ( in stock) will typically arrive within 15 business days from your date of order.
  • Threshold and door to door deliveries will reduce shipping time.
  • UPS standard delivery will arrive in three to five business days.
  • UPS express delivery will arrive via UPS within two business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

    • Shipments to AK, HI, other U.S. offshore destinations and international freight shipments will typically arrive in four to six weeks.
    • Standard UPS international shipments will arrive in 10-17 business days. Items shipped to international addresses are subject to additional charges depending on destination, local duties and taxes. We will notify you of any additional charges or shipping before placing your order.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact Blue Hand Home as soon as possible if you receive a package with visible damage.
