Return Policy

All Custom/Special orders are final.  All Sale Items are final.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return for store credit within 14 days of receiving merchandise less shipping charge.  If you wish to return an item please email: abluehand@aol.com  for a return authorization number.

Price Adjustments

We do our very best to correctly price items on display on our website, however, there are those rare occasions when there is a price discrepancy, we reserve the right to adjust the price & or shipping cost and will notify you of any changes in price prior to finalizing your order.

Standard shipping $6.00 / 2nd day $25

Delivery Times

We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping unless express delivery is specified.  If the item is not in stock we will notify you immediately via email.
