All Custom/Special orders are final.  
All Sale Items are final.

We allow merchandise returns within 14 days of
receiving for store credit only less shipping. 
Customer pays for shipping on returned items.

We do our very best to correctly price items on displayed on our website,
however , there are those rare occasions when there is a price discrepancy,
we reserve the right to adjust the price & or shipping cost and
will notify you of any changes in price prior to finalizing your order.

Delivery Times

We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Items that we have in stock ship within 3 business days. Many of our items are custom made or ship direct from our vendors and artisans. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. For items that are not is stock or back order, you'll be notify via email of estimated time of delivery. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping dates only and can not be guaranteed by Blue Hand Home. Should you decide that timing for your special or custom order would not work for you, please notify us immediately, you have 3 days to cancel your order. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

Canceling a Custom order

Change your mind? No problem. If the in stock item has not shipped, we would be happy to cancel your order & refund your credit card. 
For custom or special order items you have 3 days to cancel, once your custom order has been processed. There is no return or refund.
