- First Dry Area Inside or Outside Your Home - Such as garage, frontdoor or lobby.

Notification of Your Delivery

Once your shipment is in transit and arrives in your local area, a representative from our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a 2-4 hour delivery window.
- Delivery may require up to 30 days depending on your order and location.
- Our delivery partners do their best to provide an accurate delivery time and date, but unforeseen events may cause delays.
- If your order needs to be carried up more than 30 steps, or if you live on an island or have other challenging delivery concerns, please advise us when placing your order so we can prepare our delivery partners. Additional charges may apply.
- Delivery companies vary depending on item type and service selected.
Tips for Receiving Your Delivery
For Free Delivery
- If you are not able to inspect the items completely before the delivery driver leaves, you have 48 hours to notify us.
- Please save your packing material if possible.
- We'll need photos of the damage to the items and the packing materials.
- Email photos and a brief description of the damage to : service@bluehandhome.com.
White Glove Delivery
- Inspect your order while the delivery partner is still present. If there are any issues, contact us immediately at 910-509-0088.
- If you are not able to contact us for any reason, either refuse the delivery or note the damages and condition of the packing materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery.
Minor Damage – You may accept delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading. Either a touch-up kit will be sent to you or a professional furniture medic will be arranged to repair the damage. If you choose to accept a damaged item, please retain all packaging to assist in the claim with the freight company.
Major Damage – Please refuse delivery. The freight company reserves the right to repair the piece. If the vendor and freight carrier determine the piece is beyond repair, we'll either refund your entire purchase price or expedite a replacement to you.
Notes about Production & Delivery
We do our best to provide accurate information, but factors beyond our control may affect lead times. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.

If your item(s) is back-ordered or will require additional production time, we will contact you with a revised ETA, giving you the opportunity to keep or cancel the order.

Manufacturers occasionally require additional production time. We will alert you if this occurs. If the item is delayed but in production, it cannot be canceled.
