Rug Return Policy
Return Process - We do our best to make it easy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Restocking fees up to 20% may apply.
- 10% restocking fee on non-defective rug returns for rug sizes under 8x10'
- 20% restocking fee on non-defective for rugs 8' x 10' and larger
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees non defective items
Please save your original packing material as it will make shipping your rug back easier.
Customer will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for returns please contact us via : email@example.com for RMA authorization.
- Please include: Name / Order Number / Item (s) you would like to return / photo of item(s) if defective
- Please include reason for exchange or return and if you would prefer exchange or return.
Returning Damaged Rug
Return/Exchange requests for damaged items must be received within 7 days of delivery. A pre-paid return label will be provided, you will be refunded in full once your return has been processed, please allow 7-10 days after item has been picked up to process return
Returning a Non-Defective Rug
Return/Exchange requests for non-defective items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Once you have received your RMA and shipped your return/exchange, please contact service@bluehandhome and provide your return tracking information.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees on non defective item(s).
- Outbound shipping cost(s) and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non defective items, please allow 7-10 days after pick up to process return.
