Rugs & Non Furniture Items: Ships generally within 5-7 days, if an item is back ordered we will notify asap, so you may decide on how to proceed. Furniture shipping & lead time, please see below.
Furniture Production & Lead Time

In Stock Items: in stock furniture approx. delivery time is 3 - 4 weeks

Back Order Items: we will notify you as soon as possible if an item(s) is on back order so you can decide to cancel or proceed with the order.
- Special Orders: production times vary per vendor. Check the product page for each vendors lead time. PLEASE NOTE: Production time does not include the time required for delivery.

- Furniture Orders Under $1500: in store pick up only or delivery fees applies.
- Free Shipping: curbside for rug orders and furniture orders over $1500. See delivery options below:
Curbside Furniture Deliveries ( Free Delivery )
- Includes phone ahead notification, delivery company will contact you directly to set up delivery. Item will be left in its packaging outside. We will not be responsible for item(s) left outside and no assembly.
- Please inspect packing for apparent damage; punctured or damaged boxes. If seen, note on receiving paperwork. Please inspect each piece carefully, no damage claims can be made after delivery.
- If your order is over 100 lbs or you live in an apartment building, or have other entry logistical challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery. The service is worth it !
White glove delivery without assembly - additional $200
- Delivers to a room inside your home. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps) or in an elevator.
- Packaging will be removed with disposal
- No Assembly; if required.
- Please inspect each piece carefully, no damage claims can be made after delivery.

- Delivery to a room inside your home. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps) or in an elevator
- Packaging will be removed and disposed.
- Assembly service. The delivery team will assemble your item.
- Please inspect each piece carefully, no damage claims can be made after delivery.
- Average Transit time 7-10 days
- Cisco Brothers Express Orders do not include Express Shipping.

Notification of your delivery
- Once your shipment is in transit and arrives to your local area, a representative from our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a 2- 4-hour delivery window.
- Delivery may require up to 30 days depending on your order(s) and location.
Our delivery partners do their best to provide an accurate time and date of delivery. Please keep in mind unforeseen events beyond their control may cause delays.
If your order needs to be carried up more than 30 steps, or if you live on an island or have other challenging delivery concerns please advise us when placing your order so we can prepare our delivery partners. Additional charges may apply.

To Process a Claim

White Glove Delivery: inspect your order while our delivery partner is still there, if there are any issues call us immediately. 910-509-0088
- If you're not able to contact with us for any reason either refuse the delivery or note the damages and condition of the packing materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery.
- Free Shipping: if you are not able to inspect the items completely before the delivery driver leaves, you have 48 hours to notify us.
- We'll need photos of the damage to the items AND the packing materials.
- Email photos and a brief description of the damage to:: service@bluehandhome.com
- Minor Damage: you may accept delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading. Either a touch up kit will be sent to you or a professional furniture medic will be arranged to repair the damage. If you choose to accept a damaged item, please retain all packaging to assist in the claim with the freight company.

Major Damage: please refuse delivery. The freight company reserves the right repair the piece. If the vendor and freight carrier determine the piece is beyond repair we'll either refund your entire purchase price or we'll expedite the replacement to you.
We do our best to provide accurate information but factors beyond our control may effect lead times ( Covid ), we will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.
All shipping and delivery times are estimates subject to vendors availability / production lead times. If an item(s) is out of stock or will require additional production time, we will contact you with a revised ETA giving you the opportunity to decide keep or cancel the order.
Manufacturers occasionally require additional production time. We will alert you if this occurs. If the item is delayed but in production it cannot be canceled.
